A man has been arrested by detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) for possessing 252 bags of government-subsidized fertilizer.
The culprit, Robert Kipngetich Bett, was apprehended while attempting to sell the fertilizer in Ololulunga, Narok County.
The DCI's Serious Crimes Unit officers led the operation at the Grace Covenant Church, where the 252 50kg bags were confiscated.

The defendant will be arraigned on Thursday while police continue to look for three of his co-conspirators.
So far, nine people, including two Ministry of Agriculture personnel, have been arrested and accused of fraudulently obtaining government fertilizers.
