Four businessmen have been charged with stealing 70,000 liters of Diesel worth Kes 13.5 million belonging to Petro City Energy Kenya Limited.
However, they denied the charges while appearing before a court in Nairobi on Wednesday and were released on a Kes 500,000 cash bail each.
Their Defence counsel led by Shadrack Wambui pleaded with the court to release the accused on Lenient cash bail terms pending the trial.
The mention has now been set for February 7.
