Police in Mbooni East, Makueni County, are holding a 32-year-old woman accused of murdering her 82-year-old husband.
According to Albanus Mutula, the area's assistant chief, the couple disagreed over Ksh.3,000, with the deceased accusing his young wife of stealing the money.
Syombua Musau allegedly stoned her husband in the back, killing him instantly.
The woman is being held at the Mbumbuni Police Station pending arraignment.
