On the night of June 26, a tragic incident occurred in Githurai 45 along Thika where multiple individuals were shot following a protest, plunging the nation into mourning.

Githurai 45 echoed the tragic events of 2007, when many lost their lives in the Kiambaa church massacre. Over 200 people were burned to ashes, leaving families devastated. Yesterday in Nairobi, outside Parliament, more lives were lost, and further tragedies unfolded in Githurai.

However resident of Githurai 45 has expressed displeasure after the tragic asking Ruto if the controversial Finance bill saga is more important than the lives of Kenyans, who are just expressing their views and concern as per the article 37 of the Kenyan constitution.

"Ruto, why are you causing the deaths of our children while yours are protected? Your thirst for blood has not been satisfied on this earth. You devastated Eldoret, and now you're here killing our people again. We were warned not to vote for you, but we didn't listen. Know that the Finance Bill is not important compared to the lives of our children. This is just the beginning; millions of Kenyans will hold you accountable. I pray to God to strike you down, Ruto, from the skies; you too shall perish."

They unequivocally stated that forgiveness is not an option, asserting, "Whatever happens, we will pursue legal action against you!" The struggle for a better Kenya continues, and they remain steadfast in their demand for his resignation from office. Below is the link:
