On Monday, a gas attendant died while being treated at Kangundo Hospital after being flung out of a moving vehicle.

According to reports, the attendant was kidnapped by unknown men who had just refueled at the petrol station he was working at on the Tala-Kangundo route.

According to reports, they refused to pay their dues after fueling and instead alighted and forced the attendant into the vehicle before speeding away.

The occupants of the Toyota Probox are then reported to have thrown him out of the moving vehicle before racing away again.

Well-wishers and Kangundo police officers found the attendant injured on the road and transported him to the hospital.

He died from his injuries at Kangundo Hospital, and his body was transferred to the hospital's mortuary.
