Earlier this year, Elsa Majimbo claimed that she was so wealthy that she was investigated for fraud after going on a shopping spree, which led to her bank accounts being temporarily frozen.
"I'm just so rich people literally can't believe it, and they need to confirm it's real," she said in a TikTok video.
