Musician Kagwe Mungai and lifestyle content creator Sharon Mwangi have finally revealed their romance after keeping it a secret for several months. Sharon made it clear that the allegations about them were not the only reason they decided to go public with their relationship.

"We are both very intentional people, so before going public, we had numerous conversations about social media because it's a significant part of who we are. As a content creator and an artist, social media can have positive and negative aspects. Opening up about our relationship, which is very sacred, was quite daunting. However, after having affirming conversations with each other, we realized that we shouldn't hide our love out of fear of people," Sharon explained.

She also noted that many couples are reluctant to publicly declare their love owing to the threat of online criticism, particularly in the event of a breakup.

"We should be able to love freely and loudly. People should feel comfortable posting about their partners and expressing love openly, even if they eventually break up. It's a natural part of life for people to separate. So, we made a decision not to let fear hold us back, and here we are," she added.

Sharon Mwangi- Kagwe ghosted me severally before we started dating several times during Mungai's recent album launch, titled "Rada," he couldn't help but praise his new girlfriend on stage, expressing his gratitude to her multiple times for being a pillar of support throughout his creative journey.

Mungai's generosity and thoughtfulness in his artistic activities, relationships with friends and family, and their own relationship were emphasized by Sharon in addition to his diligence.
