President William Ruto will begin his three-day trip to the Kisii area today

Local leaders have already begun preparations for Ruto's arrival, with Nyaribari Chache constituency MP Zaheer Jhanda holding a gathering of over 10,000 women on Sunday.

Jhanda praised the Head of State for including the Kisii area in his Cabinet after assigning Julius Migos to the Education Ministry.

He noted that the president's visit would be essential in constructing the fabric of unity, allowing all regional leaders to unite behind Mr. Ruto and civilians to refrain from mobilizing against his objectives.

President Ruto is due to unveil a modern ultra-cancer facility for Ksh.3.4 billion, among other initiatives.
