The Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) announced on their official social media accounts that emergency teams evacuated everyone aboard the plane.
They said that Rescue activities are underway at Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) following an "aircraft incident," according to authorities.
KAA tweeted, "This morning, an aircraft flying over Nairobi encountered an incident at JKIA." Our dedicated emergency response teams are leading immediate rescue operations. "We are collaborating with authorities to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
