Police have arrested a man suspected of killing his wife after a fight at their home in Kibonjos, Baringo Central.
Silas Barjipa, the suspect, is accused of murdering his wife, Florence Kibor, at their house last night.
Ratemo said that It is true that the husband allegedly murdered his wife. Although they haven't uncovered the facts, residents have told them that the suspect was drunk and fighting with his wife on a fateful night.
"I understand the police have recovered an arrow," he adds. According to the residents, the man may have killed his wife by stabbing her with an arrow."

According to Ratemo, the police are actively investigating the event, and if the individual is proven guilty, he will be charged in court. Residents who spoke with Wananchi Reporting claimed to have overheard the pair arguing at home.
"Last night, I heard the woman scream twice. "I assumed it was their normal fight, only to learn later that she had died," a neighbour, Mama Rhoda Chepyegon, said.
"This isn't the first time the pair has fought. They used to fight all the time, to the point where villagers were accustomed to hearing about it," said Ben Cherutich, another neighbour.
Residents have asked the police to combat the availability of inexpensive illicit booze in the region. The suspect is being held at the Kabarnet Police Station. The woman's body was transferred to the funeral home at Baringo County Referral Hospital.
