Anne Adhiambo, the main suspect in the murder of Nairobi Hospital Acting Finance Director Eric Maigo, will remain in custody till October 25.
She was arraigned on Wednesday, and the prosecution has requested that the suspect remain in custody as they continue to conduct their investigations.
According to the prosecution, the CCTV footage and blood stains from the murder site, both crucial in the case, have yet to be analyzed.

"The respondent is above the age of 18, and there's no indication that she's been held in an human condition...no complain that she's been mistreated, the court was told.
An age and mental assessment at Nairobi's Mathari Hospital established that the suspect in the murder is an adult of sound mind, contrary to initial allegations that she may have been a teenager.

Adhiambo is accused of the heinous murder of Maigo, whose lifeless body was discovered in his house with 25 stab wounds.
