The vocal CS took to his X page, formerly known as Twitter, to air his opinions regarding the ongoing impeachment trial at the Senate.

"Yaani at this age and time a sane person can depend on the affidavit of one Salesio Mutuma Thuranira and hope to impeach a Governor?" he tweeted

the CS accused thirteen senators including Aaron Cheruiyot (Kericho), Jackson Mandago (Uasin Gishu), Hillary Sigei (Bomet), Alex Mundigi (Embu), Samson Cherargei (Nandi), and Seki Lenku Ole Kanar (Kajiado) of being deceived by external powers in the ongoing impeachment process against Meru Governor Kawira Mwangaza.
