In a post, Jay Boogie disclosed the true reason for his hospital admission, countering the widely held belief that he required a kidney transplant. The social media personality, whose real name is Anthony Nsikan, has ignited discussions online with his official statement addressing both his health condition and the accusations of fraud.
In his post, Jay clarified, contrary to prevailing assumptions, that he never claimed to be in the hospital for a kidney transplant. Instead, he specified that he was admitted for Sepsis and acute kidney injury.

Jay Boogie addressed the issue of defrauding Nigerians and provided clarification on the matter. The transgender woman also disclosed that he underwent dialysis due to his kidney injury, emphasizing that it was not kidney failure, which would have necessitated a transplant.
In his post, Boogie emphasized that he neither defrauded Nigerians nor fabricated information about his health status.
One of the clips shared depicted Jay experiencing nosebleeds whenever he sneezed. Additionally, he disclosed that he had been discharged from the hospital and was currently recovering at home.
