A middle-aged man is accused of fatally stabbing his brother after a disagreement over house chores.
According to the Baytown Police Department, 41-year-old John Michael Bueno has been charged with murder in connection with the December 3 stabbing.
According to a witness, Bueno and his brother were bickering over doing dishes when they began grappling, holding, and shoving each other.
Bueno allegedly took a knife and stabbed his brother at that point. Officers discovered the 32-year-old victim deceased on the kitchen floor.
During probable cause court on Tuesday, it was revealed that authorities were frequently summoned to the property because the brothers frequently got into verbal and physical altercations.
Bueno's bond was set at $175,000 by a court.
