On Friday, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) detectives arrested a top Vihiga County officer on corruption allegations.

According to an EACC source, the suspect, Vihiga County Chief Officer for Education, Science, Technical and Vocational Training Dr. Noel Malanda, is currently being held at the Kisumu Port Police Station.
