The Wiper Leader alluded to the Judicial Service Act of 2011, emphasizing that the independence of the judiciary is non-negotiable in his presentation to the audience.
“The Judiciary’s independence in Non-Negotiable,” he said. "There is a clear mechanism in place to investigate corrupt judges and judicial staff, particularly the Judicial Service Act of 2011,”
According to the leader of the Wiper Party, the Executive is concealing the Executive's major assault on the Judiciary in the fight against corruption.
Kalonzo was especially concerned about what he called the "constant profiling" of Mount Kenya youth, indiscriminate harassment by security forces, and eventual detention without cause.
He requested that the security agencies stop making arrests and profiling people.
