Fake lawyer Brian Mwenda has been ordered to appear at the Muthaiga police station by Tuesday noon, following an arrest warrant issued by the Makadara Law courts.
High court Judge Nixon Sifuna refused to vacate the arrest warrant issued against Mwenda and directed him to appear before OCS Muthaiga by 12.30 pm to be arrested and later to appear in court on Wednesday for plea taking.
The judge stated that if he failed, any police officer or public member who found him may arrest him and bring him to the nearest police station.
The Makadara law courts issued an arrest order when Mwenda failed to appear in court to take a plea.
