Three people were killed when a matatu they were in was involved in a road accident at Githioro on the Nyahururu-Nakuru road.
According to the Subukia Deputy Commissioner, Nasu Sacco's matatu collided with the vehicle, killing a woman and her kid on the spot.
The matatu's conductor died of injuries at Nakuru Level Five Hospital after being transported there for treatment.
The lorry was traveling from Nyahururu to Subukia.
