The late President Daniel arap Moi's daughter-in-law has moved to court seeking Kes 2.5 million to cater for her son's medical bills.
Faith Moi, the widow of the late Jonathan Kipkemboi Moi, is accusing her family members of sidelining her children from the vast estate that Moi left.
Through her lawyer, she wants the court to order the administrator of Moi’s vast estate to release Kes 2.5 million medical bills as they await the outcome of an inheritance case.
She asserts that Zehrabhanu Janmohamed, the executor's attorney, is allegedly working against her with the support of some of his Moi's kids and has allegedly refused to reveal even a penny of what Moi possessed.
The attorney adds that even though Faith's family is financially secure, she has been compelled to apply for child support using a pay bill number.
