Nicholas Kanisa's appointment as the CEO of the Human Resource Management Professionals Examinations Board was recently nullified by the High Court.

The Court further ordered the Human Resource Management Professionals Examinations Board to revoke Kanisa's appointment.

"The appointment of Nicholas Kanisa as CEO is illegal, unconstitutional, and null and void for failing to disclose how he was appointed," ruled the Court.

The Court highlighted the Board's disregard for Kanisa's involvement in crucial procedures that resulted in the creation of the CEO position before her resignation and conflict of interest declaration.

It was determined that he had transgressed the principles of public governance and national values.
