An officer from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) is among two people who were stabbed to death by suspected criminals in Kisumu County.
The two instances occurred at different sites in Riat at about 11 p.m. when the duo were confronted on their way home.
The other victim is a 20-year-old guy who was ambushed by a gang of four men on a motorbike, who stabbed him multiple times before being pronounced dead at JOOTRH.
