Transport has been disrupted along Dennis Pritt near St George’s Girls Secondary School after a tree fell along the road following heavy rainfall on Sunday night.
“I approached the area only to find a tree in the middle of the road, I was forced to turn back,” Michael Okeyo, a motorist, told Citizen Digital.
Motorists were forced to use alternative routes following the incident.
The Kenya Meteorological Department had earlier indicated that moderate to heavy rainfall will be experienced over several parts of Nairobi.
