American-based Kenyan Cosmas Ombori Monari had a memorable moment on Monday when he met with CS Kithure Kindiki in his office. Monari, also known as Cosmo Choy, was visibly thrilled as he shook hands with CS Kindiki, a member of Ruto's cabinet. He shared photos of the encounter on his social media handle, captioning them, "Today I had the privilege of meeting my brother, CS for Interior Prof Abraham Kithure Kindiki, at his office in Harambee House. Message approved."

Cosmo had frequently voiced criticisms of former President Uhuru Kenyatta and his administration.

Recently, the man who is famed for the tagline, 'Kipchumba Mwenyewe approves this 100 per cent' was at the centre of controversy after hurling insults at former first lady Mama Ngina Kenyatta.

Cosmo Choy was overjoyed on August 15, 2022, when the IEBC declared Ruto as Kenya's fifth president.

A video of him joyfully dancing around his car went viral on social media.

Cosmo Choy seems to have frequent access to President Ruto, as the two met in the US earlier in the year during the newly sworn-in Head of State's campaign tour.

Cosmos Choy is known as a bold and outspoken blogger who never hesitates to voice his opinions.

He initially supported Raila Odinga in the 2017 polls but later shifted his allegiance to support Ruto's presidential bid leading up to the August 9, 2022, elections.

The outspoken political enthusiast and supporter of the president, Cosmas Monari, recently returned to Kenya after an absence of nearly five years.

The man, who both works and resides in the United States (US), tragically lost his mother a few months ago and made the difficult decision not to travel back for her send-off.

At one point, Monari, often referred to as Cosmo Choy, alleged that his political adversaries had conspired against him, citing this as the reason for his decision not to fly.
