A fuel tanker transporting Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) overturned along the Londiani-Muhoroni Road at Lesirwo area in Kericho County causing a gas leak on Friday morning.
According to reports, the vehicle's driver, Michael Mwangi, reportedly lost control of the truck, a Mercedes Benz Reg No. KCP 588R/ZH2580 before it overturned.
Fortunately, no fatalities or injuries were reported in the incident.
In response, police swiftly contacted the Kericho Fire Brigade to contain the potentially hazardous situation after Mwangi reported the incident.
