Ahmednassir agrees with Governor James Orengo that Mbarak's statement shows the poor quality of people given important national jobs. These people do not understand what their jobs really involve. Ahmednassir thinks that Mbarak threatening the lawyer-governor reveals how clueless the leaders of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission are.
Ahmednassir advocates for someone to counsel Mbarak against making such remarks and advises him to concentrate on fulfilling his professional duties effectively. He criticizes Mbarak for issuing what he deems as an inappropriate threat towards a governor who is also involved as a lawyer in a legal case. Ahmednassir perceives this incident as indicative of individuals appointed to significant national positions in Kenya lacking a proper grasp of their roles and obligations. He contends that such individuals may not possess the qualifications necessary for these pivotal positions.
