mTek and Britam have partnered with Buy Simu to offer phone insurance in Kenya and extend coverage for phone products in the country.
Speaking during the launch, mTek’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Bente Krogmann, noted that offering insurance reduces instances of defaults resulting in phone losses or damages, thus reinforcing customer satisfaction and enhancing customer retention rates.
Additionally, he said that providing insurance coverage for devices reduces instances of defaults resulting from phone loss or damages, thereby bolstering customer satisfaction.
“Improved customer satisfaction levels contribute to enhanced customer retention rates, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.”
Buy Simu Operations Manager Grace Karanja said the partnership would eliminate the risks associated with the device and guarantee financial security.
