Former Citizen TV news anchor Terryanne Chebet has become the latest Kenyan celebrity to undergo a cosmetic procedure to enhance her appearance.
The stylish media personality, who is also a digital creator and entrepreneur, recently had dental implant surgery to improve her smile.
Terryanne Chebet shared the news just a few hours ago on her Instagram stories, posting videos of the dentists working on her teeth.
She also shared the final results after the procedure, clearly pleased to have her beautiful smile back.
Terryanne Chebet revealed that she received a full set of implants, having previously lost eight teeth during her pregnancies with her two daughters.

"I've a full set!!! After loosing more than 8 teeth during pregnancy and God knows why...here I am, a full smile, implants, a journey taken with patience and the greatest assurance, @orthodontics.ke has given me my dream ❤️" she wrote as a caption to one post.
Here are screenshots of Terryanne Chebet undergoing the procedure, as well as images showcasing her beautiful smile after getting the implants.
Like any other cosmetic procedure, dental implant surgery is quite expensive. She likely spent hundreds of thousands, if not millions, to achieve her stunning smile.
According to one source, the cost to fix one tooth ranges from Kshs 50,000 to Kshs 250,000, depending on individual needs. For a full set of teeth, it clearly costs millions of shillings.
It's worth noting that Terryanne Chebet underwent the dental implant surgery about a year after revealing she had such plans.
In May 2023, Terryanne Chebet mentioned her desire to fix her teeth due to gaps caused by some teeth falling out. At that time, she planned to get only eight implants, not a full set.
"If someone told me about pregnancy and loss of teeth, I'd probably think twice (i love my kiddies though 😊😊😬) but I've learned to smile in a way that hides my tooth gaps.
I've lost a total of 8 teeth 😬😬😬😢.
Dr Carson of @orthodontics.ke joked that I've more gum than teeth, but I can't wait to begin my recovery journey! We will do 8 implants" she said at the time .
