During an interview with Massawe Japanin on Radio Jambo, Dj Fatxo explained that he and Jeff had planned to work together the following day, which is why they decided to go to his apartment in Kasarani. Dj Fatxo thought it would be more convenient for Jeff to spend the night at his place so they could start working early the next morning.
When asked about how they first met, the Dj mentioned that he obtained Jeff's contact information through a mutual friend named Faith Mutanu, who shared Jeff's number with him.
