Denzel Omondi, a third-year student who was found dead days after being abducted by the police, will be buried today at his parents' home in Homa Bay County. The deceased was among thousands of protesters who gathered at the Parliament Building to demonstrate against the high cost of living and the Finance Bill 2024 in the country.




His death occurred just a few days after he shared viral posts about occupying Parliament on his social media platform. According to a recent news report by Embakasi East Member of Parliament, Honorable Babu Owino, he is among the mourners attending Denzel Omondi's burial in Homa Bay County.

The burial is currently underway, with plans for the deceased to be laid to rest by the end of the day.
