Zetech University has been accredited by the Commission for University Education (CUE) to provide advanced degree programs, including a PhD and MSC in Computer Science and Information Technology.

 According to Zetech University Vice Chancellor Prof. Njenga Munene, this will make the institution marketable, attract local and international students, and help it stay ahead of educational trends in the evolving job market.

He said the university boasts an impressive track record in technological innovations and academic excellence and has recently been upscaling its programs to meet market needs.

“The university has introduced new courses in the PhD in Computer Science and Msc in Computer Science and IT. It is also focused on emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain technology, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Software Development, Machine Learning and the Internet of Things (IoT).”

For two years in a row, Zetech University students have represented the country in the World Robotics Competition in Geneva in 2022 and Singapore in 2023. They are now preparing for Athens in September 2024.
