Three people have been reported missing after a landslide swept away their house on Tuesday night in the Kapchebogel area of Baringo County.
According to a report filed at Kabartonjo Police Station on Wednesday, the three include Zakayo Ruto, his wife, Gladys Chepkangor, and their 13-year-old son.
In Kapchebogel village, resident Samuel Chesaro was rescued during the incident, as his house was swept away.
A third homestead, belonging to the late Isaac Kimuge, was also swept away but was not occupied at the time.
