Xiaomi Kenya has launched a new smartphone called Redmi 14C, which has expanded features and extra accessories and starts at Kes 13,699.

The Redmi 14C is available in multiple configurations (4GB+128GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB) and is now available nationwide at all Xiaomi Kenya Promoter Stores.

The new unit features an 8.22mm ultra-slim body with a flat frame and a circular camera design that comes with a range of colors and designs, including Midnight Black, Dreamy Purple, Sage Green with a matte texture, and Starry Blue with a star trail design.

In a statement, the Chinese phone maker said the unit is also equipped with a 6.88-inch display, the largest in the Redmi series, which enhances entertainment and multitasking experience.

“TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free certifications make it ideal for long reading sessions or extended video calls.”

Further, it said the new smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra octa-core processor and up to 16GB of RAM.

It also has a 5160mAh battery capacity and provides up to 22 hours of video playback, with 18W fast charging.
