Police in Machakos County are set to resume the search of two young men who drowned in Kitangani Earth Dam in Masinga Sub County.
According to police, the two, who had gone to fetch water from the dam, could not be traced by late Thursday evening.
Confirming the incident, area chief Peter Ndunda said the two were operating a two-wheeled bullock cart.
One of the bulls died during the incident, while the other got stuck in the muddy waters.
The operation is set to resume Friday morning.
