The Narok judiciary has destroyed eleven sacks of bhang, illicit brew, and other drug exhibits worth Kes 10 million.
Narok Chief Magistrate Hezbon Nyamberi said the drug exhibits in custody for the last three years were destroyed per the public health regulations.
According to Narok Senior Prosecution Counsel James Kigo, the culprits who had been nabbed with the illegal drugs had been convicted, with some of them having completed their jail terms.
He lauded the security officials for arresting culprits and called on the public to be vigilant and report criminals.
Narok's central Public health officer in charge of Food safety and control, Daniel Timayio, said the procedures were followed when destroying the consignment.
