The High Court has again denied a request to halt the impeachment proceedings against Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
On Monday, Justice Bahati Mwamuye addressed the issue, instructing Cleopas Malalah's case to be directed to Presiding Judge Chacha Mwita for further guidance.
