Police in Kisii County are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found dumped in Menyinkwa Mwamoriongo village located in Nyaura Location.
Officers from Kiogoro Police Station have launched a probe into the death of the deceased, identified as 23-year-old Julia Kerubo.
According to preliminary reports, she was killed by her 27-year-old husband, Duncan Omae.
The suspect has been arrested and is currently being held at the Kisii Police Station.
The body of the deceased has been transferred to Kisii Referral Hospital's morgue.
