Tanzania President Samia Suluhu has confirmed that at least 13 people lost their lives after a building collapsed at Kariakoo market in Dar es Salaam.
She also revealed that more than 80 people have been rescued from the four-story building that came down on Saturday around 9 a.m. (0600 GMT) and rushed to hospitals.
She said the government would cover treatment costs and help with burial arrangements.
