Safaricom's festive caravan, Sambaza Furaha, continued its journey through Machakos County, spreading joy and offering exciting deals to residents. The caravan, which traversed Machakos, Kathiani, Tala, and Kamulu, provided an opportunity for locals to interact with popular presenters from Musyi FM and Radio Citizen.
The event featured lively performances by Ukambani musicians, followed by informative sessions on Safaricom’s services, including voice and data offers. The company also emphasized the importance of fraud awareness, urging residents to be cautious of scams.
To add to the excitement, Safaricom distributed a variety of gifts, including goats, chickens, food hampers, and airtime.
"I'm so grateful for the chicken. Thank you, Safaricom," exclaimed Phoebe Muli, a delighted resident.

Esther Waititu, Safaricom's Chief Financial Officer, expressed gratitude to customers and highlighted the company's commitment to providing innovative services, including e-commerce.
"We want to thank all of you for making us reach 34 million customers. We're dedicated to offering more. To our merchants and customers, e-commerce is the future," she said.
As part of its expansion efforts, Safaricom also inaugurated new outlets in Machakos and Kathiani towns to enhance accessibility for customers.
