Elijah Biama (Prof) – Representing Academia; Duncan Ojwang (Dr.) – Representing Academia;
This commission's role is to develop initiatives for protecting, restoring, restoring, and beautifying Nairobi Rivers and all water bodies within Nairobi City County.
