Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki told Senators on Wednesday that they had detained a key bandit commander assisting them in unmasking the complicated web threatening Sugata Valley villagers.
Kindiki assured that the perpetrators of the horrible atrocities would be arrested and prosecuted shortly when he was in the Senate plenary to answer questions.
