Detectives have uncovered 98 remains after searching a burial location in Chakama property, Shakahola Forest, for seven days.

As more facts about the tragedy were revealed, MP Kombe said that as Pastor Mackenzie buried his wife, the public became aware of his horrific actions, forcing him to close the church and go to the farm and farm.

According to the Magarini MP, Pastor Mackenzie began his ministry in Malindi, Furunzi region adding that the pastor lost his wife and buried her in the church; he lost another and buried her in the church; he planted them both near the altar.

"Eventually, we had issues,, so the church was shut down. When it was closed, that is when he said he was going to do some farming. This was about three years ago." he added.

MP Kombe claimed that while visiting Chakama to commission a road project, he met a young man from Eldoret County who had escaped Pastor Mackenzie's camp.

MP Kombe said the young man had gone to find his mother and witnessed many killings in the camp.

"He told me that people are suffering there and dying. He told me that 'since I went there I have witnessed over 50 people being buried'," he said.

MP Kombe added that after hearing the young man's testimony, he raced to the regional offices of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI). However, he was unhappy that police officials were lobbying for Pastor Mackenizie's activities.

On Wednesday, The authorities also prevented the media from entering the crime scene.

Mackenzie was arrested last month after two children died of starvation while in the care of their parents, and he remains in police prison.

Pastor Mackenzie's last words to the public during his court arrangement were that people dont know what they are fighting and will suffer the consequences.
