According to Kisumu Resident Association chairman Audi Ogada, chaos ensued after police officers' effort to stop a PSV car failed, causing them to lob teargas and allegedly fire live bullets at three onlookers, one of whom was shot and later confirmed dead at Aga Khan Hospital.
