A 30-year-old man named Rymir Satterthwaite has petitioned the Supreme Court to divulge what he thinks to be the truth, claiming to be Jay-Z's biological son. Rymir has been battling to establish that the well-known rapper is his father for almost ten years.

Despite this, Rymir asserts that Jay-Z has cheated the legal system to avoid submitting to a paternity test. Rymir is currently asking a judge to issue an order compelling Jay-Z to submit to a DNA test in order to give him the confirmation he has been looking for.

The 30-year-old Rymir has expressed that he is not seeking any material gain from Jay-Z. He claims that he only wants justice to be served and that he has no desire for money, yachts, or mansions from the rapper.

Rymir told the Daily Mail: “This is not going to be over until justice is served. I just want to live my life, and when it is all said and done, I hope that Jay-Z would want to be a part of my life, if that is God’s will."

“I won’t stop fighting for this until I win. And I will win because the law is on our side.”

Rymir has previously taken legal action against Jay-Z in 2016 by filing a lawsuit in which he demanded a paternity test and claimed that Jay-Z was his father. However, the case was dismissed by a judge in New Jersey due to a lack of jurisdiction.

As per the filing, Jay-Z had a brief romance with Rymir's mother Wanda when she was 16 and he was 22, which was before he became famous globally. Wanda was reportedly still with her high school sweetheart during this time, and he was listed as the father on Rymir's birth certificate. However, in 2010, Jay-Z took a paternity test which showed that he was not Rymir's biological father. The following year, Wanda granted custody of Rymir to his godmother, Lillie. Despite this, Rymir is still fighting for Jay-Z to take a DNA test to confirm or deny his paternity.

According to reports, Lillie had promised to help Rymir find his birth father and had even contacted Jay-Z’s attorney, Lise Fisher, to request that he take a DNA test. However, Jay-Z and his legal team did not comply with the request. In 2012, Rymir and Lillie initiated legal proceedings to resolve the matter, which has been ongoing for over a decade.

In response to the recent Supreme Court filing by Rymir, Jay-Z’s attorneys denied the allegations, stating that the claims have already been thoroughly reviewed by the courts and refuted. They also expressed confidence that the outcome of the current legal filings by Rymir will be the same.
