Yesu Wa Tongaren candidly acknowledged his financial situation, expressing that he does not possess the same level of financial stability as some of his fellow pastors who have faced recent arrests.



New information continues to emerge regarding the ongoing developments surrounding the case of Yesu Wa Tongaren. 


The prominent pastor was apprehended in Bungoma County, and today marks the day of the hearing to determine his potential release. As the pastor arrived at the court premises, journalists were granted an opportunity to address him inside the courtroom. 


During the proceedings, Yesu Wa Tongaren made a plea for assistance, specifically mentioning a gentleman from Meru who could potentially help with clearing his children's school fees. His wife also acknowledged the family's inability to afford legal representation, appealing to fellow Kenyans for support in securing the release of Yesu Wa Tongaren. Notably, Wajackoya has emerged as one of the lawyers summoned to assist in the case, raising hopes for a successful release following the bond hearing scheduled for today.
