Famous politicians and prominent people are fighting over the ownership of a ksh 120 million home In Karen. So who owns the rightful owner of the home?
On Saturday morning, MP Muriu accused CS Bore of forcibly taking the house he was selling in Amara Ridge.
The house owner, Mary Muriu, stated that CS Bore offered Ksh.90 million for the property, but she and her husband said the final asking price was Ksh.120 million.
CS Bore responded on Sunday, dismissing MP Muriu's claims, noting that she signed her share of the sale deal and forwarded it to the MP's lawyers to sign on their behalf.

She said that she had paid 10% of the agreed-upon amount, which allowed her to occupy the property, and the money was due in 90 days.
CS Bore stated that MP Muriu violated the agreement by attempting to expel her children from the property only 30 days into it.
She explained that Hon. Edward Muriu and his wife accompanied by armed goons attempted to unlawfully evict her children from the house while she was out of the country within less than 30 days of the agreement.
In a swift reaction, MP Muriu stated that CS Bore was attempting to seize his land forcibly using her political clout.
MP Muriu also refuted claims of a sale agreement, daring CS Bore to show the statement she was referring to.
MP Muriu also indicated that the property's keys are still in his possession, creating further doubts about how CS Bore entered the house.
As a result, the Gatanga MP requests that CS Bore remove the property, claiming that no money has been exchanged and that the property would not be sold.
