Ugandan President Yoweri  Kaguta Museveni, and first lady, Janet Museveni, hosted Kenya's second lady pastor, Dorcas Rigathi, at the State House in Entebbe on June 23.

The second lady served as the keynote speaker at the launch of "Jesus’ Africa" a book authored by Museveni's daughter Patience Museveni.

During his speech, the president showered praises on pastor Dorcas Rigathi describing her as a vibrant. He noted that he did not know that a person of such traits exists in Kenya. Museveni noted that Pastor Dorcas should be lauded for her fight for the widows and the boy Child.

According to Museveni, when he attended the swearing-in of Ruto and his Deputy, pastor Dorcas did not speak, this made him not to identify her. He noted that he got inspired and will follow into the foot steps of Dorcas.

"I am very happy to see Pastor Rigathi. I didn't know we have a firebrand in Kenya. When we were swearing in the new gov't, I was there but she didn't speak of course, but now I'm really surprised to see a very powerful cadre here, I will take advantage of your pastoring skills." The president said.

Pastor Dorcas has been very vocal in his fight for the rights of young males who she says have been neglected while girls are being given first priority. Dorcas is also a dedicated religious person who keeps attending top Religious functions in the country and never shy away from associating with religious leaders.
