Kenya Kwanza's bipartisan talks wing insists that the talks with the azimio la Umoja side remain because they have not initiated any withdrawal process.
The party that presented itself for the negotiations in Bomas of Kenya, led by joint committee co-chair George Muragara, accused Azimio of suspending the talks without providing a formal letter.
Murugara told reporters that the azimio side has not written to say they are not coming back, and they have not invoked any of the remaining clauses to tell us that they are not coming back, adding that the kenya kwanza side will wait for them.
Murugara claims a framework agreement indicating how either team can withdraw from the talks. Kenya Kwanza wants The IEBC selection team, should continue with the recruiting process because the commission has a lot at stake, including the border review.
