After a used sanitary pad was discovered in the trash, three Brown Cheese Company Limited managers were allegedly accused of pushing female employees to undress.

On Tuesday's frightening occurrence, management ordered several female colleagues to strip naked to identify the person who had disposed of the sanitary pad in the incorrect bin.

Allegedly, the quality assurance manager gathered up all the team's female members and instructed them to take off their clothes so she could see who was menstruating and penalize those individuals for tossing the towel into the trash.

This wasn't the first time a top manager compelled female employees to remove their clothes, according to investigations by the Gender section at the Tigoni police station.

Sen. Gloria Orwoba reported the incident. She went on to say that the Menstrual Hygiene management strategy should be implemented in all institutions.

This policy aims to give all women and girls in Kenya access to menstrual products, hygienic menstrual management practices, freedom from stigma and taboos around menstruation, and safe menstrual waste disposal.

The plant's quality assurance manager, human resource manager, and HR assistant were all detained.
