On the afternoon of July 29th, Ruto's Kenya Kwanza government and the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition convened for a meeting under the guidance of Olusegun Obasanjo. During this significant gathering, the coalition reached a series of agreements with Ruto's Kenya Kwanza government, setting the stage for potential cooperation and collaboration between the two parties.

The meeting marked an important step in the political landscape, and the outcomes are being closely monitored by the public and political observers alike.

As stated, the coalition and Ruto's camp formed a 10-member team consisting of four members from outside the parliament, the majority and minority leaders, and the other four members.

The group is anticipated to participate in discussions about several issues the nation is currently dealing with, including the high cost of living.

Former prime minister Raila Odinga, leader of the Narc Kenya party Martha Karua, former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka, secretary general of the Jubilee party Jeremiah Kioni, and Minority Leader of the Parliament Hon. Opiyo Wandayi were all present at the meeting.

This is in spite of Raila Odinga's ambiguous position on anti-government protests; tomorrow, they're expected to announce their next line of action.

On the other hand, Ruto's Kenya Kwanza camp has remained steadfast in its refusal to shake hands with Raila Odinga's camp, claiming that doing so will harm their own goals.

The leaders, led by Nandi senator Samson Arap Cherargei, have predicted the end of Kenya Kwanza's government if Raila Odinga gains power.
