Billionaires and social media moguls Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk traded online punches on Sunday, with the Meta founder stating that the owner of X, previously known as Twitter, was not taking a proposed charity cage battle seriously.
“If Elon ever gets serious about a real date and official event, he knows how to reach me. Otherwise, time to move on,” Zuckerberg posted Sunday on Meta’s Threads. “I’m going to focus on competing with people who take the sport seriously.”
Musk responded promptly on X, saying he would head to Silicon Valley Monday and Can't wait to bang on his door tomorrow.

"Zuck is a chicken," Musk posted.
Musk referred to a renowned US fast food establishment known for its chicken options when an X user speculated Zuckerberg was getting cold feet about the match.
"He can't eat at Chick-fil-A because that would be cannibalism," Musk posted.
The feud between the two CEOs intensified after Meta launched Threads, an app that has given Twitter a run for its money. It amassed a whopping 70 million followers within 48 hours of its launch.
Last month, musk suggested a dick-measuring contest between him and Meta CEO to see who has a bigger one.
Musk announced the fight would take place in Italy on Friday, as officials there confirmed talks about hosting a "great charity event." and that all the proceeds would go to charity.
The fight will be managed by my and Zuck’s foundations (not UFC).

Livestream will be on this platform and Meta. Everything in camera frame will be ancient Rome, so nothing modern at all.
I spoke to the PM of Italy and Minister of Culture. They have agreed on an epic location.
